Nora Ruder and Danna Gomez founded Managed Senior Care after their careers at Farmers Insurance Group. Both had found it hard to balance caring for aging parents with work and family, and they saw a gap in the market for affordable help for middle-income families.
They started the company to put their Christian values into action.
